The Host

The Host is a mobile 2D survival game where a spaceman-controlling plant must defeats enemies on a planet for a chance at safety. The game was initially produced by a classmate and me as a submission for Global Game Jam 2023, with the development process taking place over 48 hours. Some changes have been made since then, however, which have allowed us to give the game more features as well as a more polished feel.
